Held on 28 April 2026, Series 2 redefined the traditional awards format with a vibrant Food, Drinks, Music & Chefs (FDMC) Festival at Hyatt Regency KL Midtown, creating an immersive platform that recognises creativity, leadership, and industry excellence. 

As part of the broader HAPA® Awards for Excellence 2026 Series—alongside the Entrepreneur and Hospitality & Tourism Awards—this event highlights both fine dining and contemporary food culture while inspiring innovation across Asia’s hospitality sector.

Notably, Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur emerged as one of the standout winners, with UMI Japanese Restaurant earning Top 10 accolades for specialty cuisine and service excellence in F&B; and Satellite Restaurant & Bar receiving the award for Top 10 Bars & Clubs.
