Lexis Hotel Group also holds the distinction of being one of the only hotel groups in the world that offers in-room private pools and steam rooms, in two of its hotels and resorts - Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson and Lexis Suites Penang. Another one of its resort, Grand Lexis Port Dickson is also the first resort in Malaysia to be equipped with a private pool in each of its guest rooms.

Lexis Hotel Group won awards in four categories: Best Pool Villa, Best Pool Villa Resort, Best All Suite Hotel and Best New Resort at Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards 2018 held at Palazzo Versace in Dubai.
Lexis Hotel Group and its President, Miss Mandy Chew received awards at the prestigious 7th Anniversary of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards, held in Athens, Greece on October 5, 2020.
Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson was awarded numerous distinctions in the 2018 Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA) held on November 15, 2018 in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. At the event, the Group's President, Miss Mandy Chew, was also honoured at the event as she was named HAPA Visionary Entrepreneur and HAPA Leadership Personality.

Lexis Hotel Group brought home a whopping 7 Awards from the 26th Annual World Travel Awards - Asia & Oceania, held in Phu Quoc, Vietnam on October 12, 2019.
Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson made Malaysia proud when it won two Guinness World Records for its 643 swimming pools and 522 overwater villas, which is more than any other single resort in the world. At the official presentation ceremony at the resort on October 14, 2016, Guinness World Records representative Swapnil Dangarikar presented the plaques to KL Metro Group Managing Director, YBhg. Dato' Low Tak Fatt and Lexis Hotel Group President, Miss Mandy Chew.
Lexis Hotel Group was named The Most Established Brand in Hospitality in the Premium Resort category and its Group President Miss Mandy Chew was honoured with a Brand Champion Award at the BrandLaureate SMEs Brand Champion Awards in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 27, 2019.
Lexis Hotel Group converged with the elite of the travel industry for the Global Edition of World Travel Awards 2019 in Muscat, Oman on November 28, 2019. The Group brought home the award for the World's Leading Wedding venue for its signature resort, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson.
