Lexis Hibiscus and Grand Lexis Wowed the Crowd with Authentic Tastes of Negeri Sembilan

In conjunction with Ramadan Al Kareem 1442 H, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson and Grand Lexis Port Dickson participated in the launching of MAH Negeri Sembilan Food Festival 2021 on 3 April 2021 at Thistle Port Dickson. The event was launched by YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Aminuddin Harun, Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan and organized by Malaysia Association of Hotel (NS Chapter) together with Tourism Malaysia and Lembaga Pelancongan Negeri Sembilan. For the whole year of 2021, twenty hotels in Negeri Sembilan will promote the unique taste of traditional dishes of Negeri Sembilan during their lunch and dinner buffet. Twenty chefs from hotels throughout Negeri Sembilan, including

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson and Grand Lexis, will prepare and introduce authentic Negeri Sembilan traditional foods to the world. At the event, Lexis Hibiscus proudly presented the authentic Ayam Rendang Minang Pucuk Ubi and Kacang Botol Goreng Belacan, a Minangkabau delicacy which is often described as a rich dish of meat that has been slowly cooked and braised in coconut milk.
