• Room rates are subject to government taxes and fees.
• For hotels in Port Dickson, a Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee) of RM4.00 nett per room per night, as mandated by the Negeri Sembilan State Government, will be collected upon check-in and is not included in the room rate.
• For hotels in Penang, a local Government Fee of RM3.00 nett per room, per night, as mandated by the Pulau Pinang State Government, will be collected upon check-in and is not included in the room rate.
• No cancellation or amendment allowed once the booking is confirmed. 
• RM111 F&B Credit and RM111 LexSpa Credit: Each valid with minimum spend of RM350 (in a single bill) during stay dates and any unused amount is not transferable or refundable.
• F&B credit is not valid for tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, buffet meals and other packages and promotions.
• LexSpa credit is valid for ala carte spa treatments and packages.
• The eligible rooms must be booked at least three (3) days ahead of time. 
• Subject to closed-out dates, pricing rules by lead times and restriction of minimum night’s stay.
